INDIGO HANDS

Indigo hands was an outlet to express my illustrative ideas and feelings that I couldn't really express with words. We are often asked the exact story behind each creative work, and 'Indigo hands' started on a summer day inside my car as I was thinking about everything I've ever created.... I wrote a note:  

I was gazing at my hands. At that moment, I started thinking about my hands and all their purposes. I would say with my own hands, I can do just about anything. And they've already been through quite some touching, quite some feeling, quite some healing. We make choices, we guide our lives in and out of handshakes. My hands have cleaned messes and created them. They’ve intertwined with a few starting on the first date, only to unlock at the final goodbye. They’ve reached, they’ve pulled, they’ve grabbed, they've felt that flutter of hope. But most importantly, because they belong to us, because we make the choices, everything is in our hands - we have the ability to make anything happen in our own will.
